I received a wrong product. What to do?

Please follow the instructions below to ensure that your return is processed correctly and efficiently:
1. Request return label
To get a $5 prepaid return shipping label, please open your tracking link (sent via email when your order shipped) and click “Return This Package”
2. Arrange shipping
Use the provided return shipping label for the return. The package should include the unworn, unbroken product with hangtag, packaging and receipt.
3. Receive refund
Once we receive your return, we will refund you the purchase price. We cover all the shipping costs.
